Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection coordination, offer support, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles
• Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines through job platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, and talent databases
• Maintain professional communication and a positive experience for local and international candidates
• Analyze recruitment data and develop reports or dashboards covering recruitment funnels, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, candidate pipelines, and other key metrics
• Use Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, Microsoft 365, and approved AI tools to enhance reporting, automate workflows, and reduce manual work
• Identify recruitment trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities, translating insights into practical actions
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and support responsible use of candidate information and AI-enabled tools
• Support employer branding, career events, recruitment technology projects, and other talent acquisition initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Other disciplines with relevant experience are welcome
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a large or complex organization
• Practical experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, recruitment coordination, and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of recruitment processes, talent pipelines, and recruitment metrics
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, Forms, ATS, AI, or workflow tools is an advantage
• Good command of English for communication with international candidates and stakeholders
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
