About the role

We are looking for an HR professional who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and strong in HR operations, with the ability to work closely with a production workforce and ensure HR processes are accurate, timely, and well controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower request, sourcing, screening, interview, offer, and onboarding.
• Build candidate pipelines for production/blue-collar, technical, staff, and specialist positions.
• Coordinate closely with department managers and supervisors on manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are followed up within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and probation follow-up.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate the annual training calendar and training programs.
• Maintain training records, competency matrix, and employee development data.
• Support performance review, calibration, PIP, talent review, and succession planning activities.
• Prepare recruitment and training reports and support employer branding initiatives.

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 in Psychology, HR Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, L&D, or related HR function.
• Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred, especially blue-collar/production recruitment.
• Strong recruitment sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Good understanding of training coordination, TNA, and competency development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and familiar with HRIS/recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Good English communication skills is mandatory.
