About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator to help shape how we attract, develop, and retain great people.

You will partner closely with leadership, influence hiring and talent strategy, and help build programs that support associate success from onboarding through career development.

While this role will be cross-trained in HR Generalist responsibilities to provide a well-rounded understanding of the HR function and support the team as needed, the primary focus of this position will be Talent Acquisition & Development. You will spend the majority of your time driving recruiting initiatives, developing talent, supporting career growth, and strengthening our associate experience.

You will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and work across teams to strengthen our employee-owned culture and future workforce.

What You’ll Do

Be the engine behind finding great people

• Build and manage strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies
• Manage job postings, recruiting platforms, and external partnerships
• Strengthen and elevate our employer brand to attract the right candidates

Develop people, not just fill roles

• Partner with leaders to identify workforce and future talent needs
• Design career paths, development plans, and succession strategies
• Lead training programs including leadership development and skill training
• Support performance management and individual growth planning

Create an experience people are proud to say they’re a part of

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer
• Lead structured onboarding programs that drive early engagement and connection
• Track onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve the associate experience

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 plus years in talent acquisition, learning & development, or HR
• Experience with ATS systems and recruiting tools
• Proven ability to find and engage hard to reach talent
• Strong organization skills and time-management skills
• Confidence partnering with and influencing leaders
• High level of professionalism and discretion with confidential information
• Ownership mindset with long term, collaborative thinking
