Tasks & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

• Source and recruit candidate through various job platforms.
• Screening and selection potential candidates.
• Provide onboarding for new employee.
• Collaborate with users, HR, and external parties to align recruitment strategies with organization needs.
• Handle end - to - end recruitment process.

General Affair :

• Monitoring facility office and ticketing.
• Monitoring insurance vehicles, rental unit, invoice checker, find property to rent, monitor document delivery.
• Supervision office boy/girl.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor degree's in Psychology or related fields, minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
• Active, creative, and good initiative.
• Fluency in English is a Plus.
• Good work attitude, teamwork, and result oriented.
• Know about HR issues and Industrial relation.
• Excellence to data processing: excel and etc.
• Proficient in job portal platforms.
• Willing to be working on holidays or outside working hours.
