Talent Acquisition & Learning Executive

Faster is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team, supporting talent acquisition, employee training, and development initiatives.

Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Qualification: BBA / BS Psychology from a reputed university

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including CV screening, interviews, and hiring coordination.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.

• Support employee onboarding and orientation.

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training sessions.

• Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and evaluation reports.

• Maintain HR records and assist with other HR operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes

• Training coordination and organizational skills

• Familiarity with ERP systems
