Talent Acquisition and Social Media Intern

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Assist in sourcing and attracting potential candidates for available job vacancies. Search for potential candidates through TikTok, Facebook,
  Instagram, and other online platforms.
• Create and post recruitment advertisements on social media.
  -Respond to enquiries from potential candidates and provide basic information about available positions. Assist in screening and shortlisting
  suitable candidates.
  -Arrange and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  -Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.
  -Support recruitment campaigns and activities to attract suitable candidates.

2. Social Media & TikTok Live
   -Assist in managing social media activities related to customer acquisition and recruitment.
   -Participate in and host TikTok Live sessions to promote company services, attract potential VIP customers, and support recruitment activities. -----Create simple, creative, and engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
   -Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries from potential customers and job candidates.
   -Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to increase customer and recruitment leads.
   -Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
   -Support the team in generating creative ideas for digital marketing and social media activities.
3. Basic Administrative Support

• Perform basic data entry and documentation tasks.
• Maintain and update customer, sales lead, and recruitment records.
  -Organise and maintain proper filing and documentation.
  -Prepare simple reports related to customer acquisition, recruitment, and social media activities.
  -Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.

Candidate criteria

• Female/Male aged 20-26 old
  -Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
  -Strong interest in sales, business development, recruitment, social media, and digital marketing.
  -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  -Confident and comfortable communicating with new people.
  -Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and participating in or hosting TikTok Live sessions.
  -Active and familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  -Creative, energetic, outgoing, and proactive.
  -Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  -Able to communicate professionally with potential customers and job candidates.
  -Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  -Positive attitude and willing to learn.
  -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace is an added advantage.
  -Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment, social media, content creation, or live streaming is an advantage but not mandatory.
