Talent Acquisition & Special Projects Manager

RGI Equities is looking for a sharp, driven, and organized individual to work directly with our CEO. This is not a traditional recruiting or executive assistant role — we want someone who becomes a true right hand to the CEO. You don't need 10+ years of experience. We're open to someone early in their career who is exceptionally organized, ambitious, and hungry for responsibility.

What You'll Do

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively headhunt candidates, primarily via LinkedIn, for sales, technology, operations, and office roles — across Eastern Drayage and the CEO's other business ventures. Handle initial outreach and screening and build a recruiting pipeline.
• KPI Tracking: Collect and track KPIs across operations and key initiatives — from department leaders and new hires — flag what's falling behind, and give the CEO clear, concise updates.
• Strategic Projects: Work with the CEO on new ventures, technology initiatives, and special projects — research, trade show coordination, facility and space searches, correspondence — from idea through execution.
• Project Management: Keep multiple initiatives moving at once, follow up relentlessly, and make sure commitments don't fall through the cracks.

• Extremely organized with strong follow-through
• Skilled at LinkedIn sourcing and comfortable with cold outreach
• Resourceful — figures things out without constant direction
• Able to juggle several completely different projects at once
• Tech-savvy, interested in AI and new technology
• Comfortable working directly with a fast-moving CEO
• Willing to roll up your sleeves — no task too big or too small

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
