About the role

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Power Transformer Manufacturing. Source, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate interviews and candidate assessments with users. Maintain recruitment data and talent pool. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA). Coordinate employee training and development programs. Monitor training attendance, records, and effectiveness. Prepare recruitment and training reports.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
• Understand several psychological assessment tools
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Recruitment and Training Development
• Good communication and interviewing skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with different departments
