What they need
- Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles within the BPO / call centre environment.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate onsite interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and facilitate open days and recruitment drives to support volume hiring campaigns.
- Manage recruitment administration alongside hiring activities, ensuring all documentation, trackers, and records are accurately maintained.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including hires, declines, and status updates.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening, including background checks and world checks.
- Create, update, and manage recruitment trackers, wage trackers, and reporting dashboards in Excel.
- Ensure recruitment systems and ATS records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns and requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with candidates across all levels, from agent-level candidates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment activities remain compliant with South African labour legislation and company policies.
