ABOUT THIS ROLE

Talent Acquisition (All Levels) will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruiting and selection requirements to meet hiring needs on a timely basis. JobPro by Thitaram serves the qualified candidates to both Internal and External Customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for completing the Cycle of Recruitment from Sourcing, Job Advertising, Resume Screening, and Interviewing to deliver headcount targets.
• Execute Effective and Innovative Methods of Recruitment to achieve goal-setting
• Participate in Recruitment Marketing Engagement Activities e.g., Career Talks, Company Introduction, Internship Program, and Job Fairs
• Prepare the Recruitment Reports to monitor and assess the Effectiveness of Recruitment Strategies
• Involve and Complete the Recruitment Administrative Function
• Ability to ask both Suitable and Right Questions to candidates
• Able to deal in selling the Selected Talent to Hiring Managers and selling the Shortlisted Talent on the job
• Involvement in Online Recruitment Activities e.g., Content Material or Production published to Social Platforms, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences or Related Fields

  • Minimum 6 years experience For Assistant Manager Level
  • Minimum 8 years experience For Manager Level
