Talent Acquisition Associate

The Talent Acquisition Associate / Executive Search Associate manages assigned recruitment searches from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance.

This role focuses on identifying, engaging, assessing, and endorsing qualified candidates while meeting client hiring requirements, delivery timelines, and quality standards.

You will work closely with account managers and clients, build candidate pipelines for current and future Job Requirements, and take ownership of candidate movement throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance, partnering with account managers or clients to fully understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

• Proactively headhunt passive candidates for hard-to-fill and specialized positions.

• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates against role requirements.

• Conduct phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and  role fit.

• Guide candidates through the full hiring process, maintaining strong relationships and delivering a positive experience from application through onboarding.

• Adhere to company SLAs and quality standards for candidate endorsements and placements.

• Work closely with account managers to align candidate delivery with client timelines and expectations.

• Track and report on pipeline status and key recruitment metrics; actively participate in team check-ins and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with 1-3 years (or more) of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or related functions are highly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

• Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in leveraging online sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS platforms to drive proactive talent acquisition strategies.
