We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring needs, from sourcing and candidate selection to new hire onboarding and first-day orientation.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal and client hiring requirements.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Review applications and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Prepare and endorse qualified candidates for further evaluation.
• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment databases.
• Facilitate candidate communication and provide timely recruitment updates.
• Coordinate job offers and pre-employment requirements.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and first-day orientation.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
• Support recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies.
• Proactive and resourceful in candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
