Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Executive to join our HR team. You will support the full recruitment cycle and help with HR operations. This is a good role for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and help create and post job descriptions on job portals, social media and other channels
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates, keep them updated, and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Support employee engagement activities and events
• Assist the HR function with policies, compliance and other tasks as needed

Good to Have

• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Keka Hire or other applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Working knowledge of job boards such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed
• Good experience in Excel (for experienced candidates), such as formulas, filters, maintaining trackers and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
