Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for managing recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates, and coordinating the hiring process to meet workforce requirements. This role supports end-to-end recruitment, from job postings and applicant screening to customer interviews, job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both applicants and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage job postings and participate in local recruitment activities and job fairs
• Conduct online hiring events and process web application sign-ups
• Implement recruitment sourcing strategies
• Screen applicants and verify candidate information
• Tag and manage applicant statuses and assist walk-in applicants
• Maintain complete and accurate records in ClickUp
• Manage workforce requests and workforce requirements
• Coordinate customer final interviews and prepare job descriptions and job offers
• Collect pre-employment requirements and schedule onboarding activities
• Facilitate customer onboarding, including company orientation, contract signing, company ID issuance, waiver signing, and examinations
• Handle ATM application processing for newly hired probationary employees
• Digitize 201 files and ensure accuracy and completeness of new-hire information in the customer database

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Has integrity and confidentiality
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Skilled in MS Office/Google Workspace and digital recordkeeping tools
• Basic understanding of labor laws and recruitment
