Talent Acquisition Associate

The Recruiting Merchandiser is responsible for field recruitment activities to support manpower requirements, particularly for merchandising and frontline roles. This position works closely with the HR team by conducting on-site recruitment, coordinating applicants, and providing essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and initial interviews of candidates for merchandiser and related positions
• Visit assigned locations, partner stores, or recruitment sites to attract and engage potential applicants
• Coordinate with the HR team regarding manpower needs, deployment schedules, and candidate status
• Assist in processing recruitment documents, contracts, and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain and update recruitment records, applicant databases, and tracking reports
• Support HR with clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and preparation of recruitment reports
• Communicate recruitment updates and feedback from the field to HR and management
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related course
• With proven field recruitment experience, preferably in merchandising, retail, or frontline staffing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to deal with applicants from diverse backgrounds
• Highly organized with good attention to detail for clerical and documentation tasks
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel as required
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR documentation
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email)
