KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews for Associate-level positions.
• Manage Internal Job Postings and Employee Referral Program activities.
• Coordinate candidate verification and pre-employment requirements.
• Monitor recruitment progress and hiring timelines.
• Coordinate start dates and onboarding activities with Hiring Managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and Personnel Action Notices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with basic MS Office proficiency.
• Able to maintain confidentiality when handling employee and applicant information.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
