Talent Acquisition Associate (Contractual)

We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team. This is a contractual position with potential for permanent employment, depending on business demands and performance.

In this role, you will support recruitment activities, build talent pipelines, and help identify and attract qualified candidates for various non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
• Source candidates for a wide range of non-technical roles, including BPO and other business support positions.
• Conduct initial TA screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Help build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Assist in preparing hiring reports and recruitment metrics.
• Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment partners throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, IT, or any related field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Career shifters with BPO experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in BPO recruitment, volume hiring, or customer service are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment trackers is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different recruitment processes and hiring requirements.
• Experience supporting multiple hiring requirements or working with recruitment partners is an advantage.
