About the role

A Talent Acquisition Specialist /Associate (TAS) focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet an organization's staffing needs. They work closely with hiring managers, manage pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Analyze hiring needs and anticipate future talent requirements
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and Boolean search
• Screen resumes and conduct structured interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
• Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding

About you

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, IT or related field
• Fresh Grad or at least 6 months to 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices
• Sourcing and networking capability
• Interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Time management and organizational ability
• Negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Adaptability and problem-solving capability
