• Provide administrative support to senior management, coordinating projects, preparing reports, and organizing team activities.
• Help with employee onboarding and HR tasks to keep operations within the team running smoothly.
• Keep clients in the loop on active hiring processes.
• Work with senior leadership on business operations, lending a hand with employee relations and team development.

• Proven experience in recruitment—required.
