Location: Cincinnati, OH (Corporate Headquarters)
Position Type: Full-Time | In-Person

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to support our Xpress Pro Tire & Auto and Oil Express locations. This position is responsible for recruiting, employee onboarding, training coordination, compliance, and administrative support that helps drive operational success across all company locations. An automotive background is preferred but not required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment requirements.
• Maintain confidential personnel files and required documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and special initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, more).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Experience in recruiting, human resources, operations, or administrative support is preferred.
