Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for a growing QSR business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with Operations and Business Heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, social media, walk-ins and local hiring drives.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer roll-outs and joining formalities.
• Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Track recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire, Hiring TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio and Source Effectiveness.
• Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Work closely with HR and Operations teams to improve candidate engagement and joining ratios.

Candidate Profile

• 2–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in consulting firm will be preferred.
• Strong experience in frontline/volume hiring and candidate sourcing.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong execution and follow-up skills.
