About the role

This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying workforce needs through to onboarding selected candidates. You will work closely with department heads and managers to understand staffing requirements, design recruitment strategies, and evaluate applicants to build strong teams across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Study human resource needs in collaboration with department heads or managers
• Conduct workforce planning to assess current and future employee requirements
• Write clear and engaging job descriptions and job specifications
• Publish job announcements through various channels including company website, job boards, social media, and personal networks
• Review and assess resumes and initial applications
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates in collaboration with relevant department heads, and design candidate assessment processes
• Answer questions and facilitate all stages of the recruitment process
• Compare candidate qualifications to select the most suitable person
• Prepare job offer documents and explain various conditions
• Perform other related tasks as assigned

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HRD or recruitment
• Experience recruiting staff-level to C-level positions in Skincare, Agency Consulting, or Fashion industries (highly valued)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
