About the role

Handle mass recruitment processes for Sales positions according to manpower needs and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct candidate sourcing through various recruitment channels, job portals, social media, candidate databases, and referrals
• Perform CV screening and initial candidate interviews
• Follow up with candidates and ensure they complete all recruitment stages
• Coordinate with users regarding hiring needs, criteria, and targets
• Manage candidate databases and build talent pools, particularly for Sales candidates
• Monitor and report recruitment progress against hiring targets
• Develop sourcing strategies to acquire Sales candidates quickly and effectively
• Support recruitment events, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and other sourcing activities

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Psychology
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Experience in mass hiring, particularly for Sales positions, is preferred
• Accustomed to working with high recruitment targets and volumes
• Understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening
• Good sourcing and communication skills
• Proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to work with deadlines
• Able to conduct initial interviews and identify suitable candidates
• Able to manage candidate databases and use Microsoft Office/Excel
