We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager or Manager to drive hiring for key and mid-to-senior level roles. This role will partner closely with business leaders, conduct end-to-end recruitment, and build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.

**What you’ll do**

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs

• Drive proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and pipeline building

• Assess candidates and improve hiring quality

**What we’re looking for**

• 5+ years of recruitment experience

• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

• Experience in complex or niche hiring preferred

• In-house TA or executive search background welcome

• English capability is a plus
