Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Facebook groups and other relevant channels.
• Source and screen candidate resumes
• Post job vacancies across relevant platforms
• Design hiring posters and recruitment creatives
• Support regular HR & recruitment activities
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team in daily operations
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare job postings and support recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
