Role Description

Recruitment and selection:

• Define recruitment objectives and position requirements
• Coordinate employer branding activities and candidate sourcing to support recruitment
• Carry out recruitment and selection activities that meet production and business needs
• Screening, scheduling interviews, and post-interview follow-up
• Discuss cooperation terms with candidates and guide them through onboarding
• Build and manage the company's LinkedIn and Facebook pages (design, posting, etc.) to support proactive talent sourcing

Learning activities:

• Arrange and monitor onboarding training for new employees
• Receive and consolidate employee feedback on learning activities to propose improvements to training effectiveness
• Monitor employee compliance with mandatory training programs
• Arrange logistics for training and coaching courses (internal and external), and for learning and development activities within the approved budget plan
• Arrange and support two-way communication sessions, internal communications, achievement recognition, and employee engagement activities
