Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a candidate experience
• Work closely with Business unit to ensure thorough understanding of business requirements and  resolving recruitment-related issues
• Acted as a trusted HR Business Partner collaborating with department heads and employees to identify challenges and deliver win-win solutions that align with both business objectives and employee well-being.
• Be a team member and involve in revised platform of compensation and develop human potential, organizational productivity, growth of companies, and HR development.
• Drive other HR projects as assigned by supervisors.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields, preferable HR, public administration, business, etc.
• At least 3 years plus of work experience in recruitment corporate and financial or leasing firm
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong learning ability, self-motivated, able to work under pressure
• Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Stakeholder management
