We are looking for a thoughtful, empathetic, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our HR team in embedding our philosophy into every system, process, and interaction across the company.

What You'll Do

• Understand our company culture and team talent needs to actively identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and deliver a positive and authentic recruiting experience.
• Conduct research and analysis on talent market trends and provide insights to inform hiring strategies.
• Manage and maintain job postings across various recruitment platforms.
• Plan and execute employer branding and campus recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher .
• Around 5 years of HR experience , with 2+ years in recruitment preferred.
• Knowledge of local labor laws (e.g., Taiwan Labor Standards Act) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Curious, humble, and eager to uncover the root causes of challenges, not just surface-level symptoms.
• Experience working in financial services, startups, or fast-growing organizations is highly desirable.
