What they need
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to fill vacant positions based on manpower requirements.
- Source, screen, and evaluate applicants to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate candidate assessments.
- Process job offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records, monitor hiring progress, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
With experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
Knowledgeable in recruitment strategies, applicant screening, and job posting platforms.
Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php15,600.00 per month
Work Location: In person
