Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in Healthcare Recruitment, specifically in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) hiring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring professionals across various RCM functions while managing end-to-end recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Healthcare and RCM-related positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.

• Hire candidates across RCM functions such as:

• Medical Coding

• Medical Billing

• AR Calling

• Payment Posting

• Charge Entry

• Denial Management

• Medical Scribing

• Quality Auditing

• Team Leads and Managers

• Coordinate interview scheduling and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.

• Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality and turnaround time (TAT).

• Build a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory experience in Healthcare (RCM) recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process.
• Experience hiring for Medical Coding, Billing, AR Calling, Denials, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, and related RCM roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
