Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full-cycle recruiting for mid- to senior-level professionals, with a strong focus on sales and business-to-business (B2B) talent within professional services.

The ideal candidate will have agency recruiting experience, excellent sourcing capabilities, and a proven track record of identifying, engaging, assessing, and closing high-quality sales professionals. Experience in insurance, employee benefits, healthcare, consulting, or brokerage organizations is highly desirable.

This hybrid contract position requires working onsite at a local office three days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process , from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and placement.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Recruit experienced sales professionals, consultants, and B2B talent.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Develop talent pipelines and engage passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, interview practices, compensation discussions, and offer strategies.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools and technology to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition or recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience with a demonstrated record of successfully placing sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, insurance, healthcare, or related industries.
