Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the Role

Location: BGC, Taguig City (Full Onsite)
Schedule: US EST / Night Shift

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process from initial outreach through placement.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service, recruitment support, or contact center experience who are comfortable handling high call volumes, multitasking across multiple systems, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Support

• Review candidate profiles and assess alignment with available opportunities.
• Guide candidates through hiring requirements and interview preparation.
• Communicate job expectations, next steps, and recruitment updates clearly.
• Build positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Interview & Placement Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Ensure timely submission of candidate information and documentation.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring partners to drive successful placements.
• Manage high-volume candidate interactions while maintaining excellent service levels.

Administrative & System Support

• Maintain accurate records and updates across recruitment systems.
• Track candidate outreach, interview results, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and turnaround time standards are consistently met.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Contact Center, Customer Service, or Customer Care
• At least 1 year of tenure with each employer within the last 2 years, demonstrating a stable employment history and non-job-hopping track record
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently handle calls and candidate interactions
• Proven ability to multitask across calls, systems, tools, and candidate/client records in real time
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), sales, or recruitment support is highly preferred
• 6+ months of experience supporting high-volume or seasonal hiring initiatives is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to contribute effectively in a startup environment where responsibilities may evolve
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City on a US EST / Night Shift schedule

Nice-to-Have

• Previous experience in recruitment operations, staffing, talent acquisition support, or candidate coordination
• Experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or recruitment tools
• Experience supporting hiring, interview scheduling, or placement activities
