About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Post job ads, screen initial resumes, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews, update the ATS, and manage prompt candidate communication.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and verify new hire documentation.
• Coordinate IT system access, workspace setups, and welcome kits prior to start dates.
• Conduct first-day orientations, team introductions, and maintain confidential employee records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, Recruitment Assistant, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with job boards and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Professional bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).
