Talent Acquisition Coordinator

YAUNATI is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded mining organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their Perth-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys working closely with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders, and wants to build their career within an established mining environment.

You’ll support recruitment across both white collar and blue collar positions, playing an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

About the role Working closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting a range of recruitment activities, including:

• Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across white and blue collar roles
• Supporting hiring managers with recruitment requirements and candidate management
• Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications
• Conducting candidate screening and initial interviews
• Coordinating interviews, offers and pre-employment requirements
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and systems
• Building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Supporting a positive and professional candidate experience
• Assisting with recruitment reporting and general Talent Acquisition administration

About you We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident, with a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence communicating with candidates and hiring managers at all levels
• Experience within mining, resources, construction or another high-volume environment will be highly regarded
