• Assist Talent Acquisition Specialists with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews across various departments.
• Maintain and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high data accuracy.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience by serving as a responsive point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Help execute early-career recruitment initiatives, campus outreach, and employer branding events.
• Support recruiting metrics reporting and research industry trends to optimize talent acquisition processes.
• Gain hands-on exposure to global hiring practices, talent pipelines, and cross-functional HR operations.

Your Profile

• Strong interest in developing a career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• High level of empathy, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and collaborate within a fast-moving team environment.
• Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR, customer service, or administrative support.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter or Applicant Tracking Systems.
