We're partnering with a leading global fintech firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their high-performing team in Sydney.

This isn't your typical coordination role. While managing complex interview schedules is a key part of the position, you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to recruitment operations, process improvement and exploring how technology and AI can make things work smarter.

Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders across APAC, you'll play an important role in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from initial engagement through to offer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate complex interviews across multiple teams, stakeholders and time zones, managing competing priorities and last-minute changes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support recruitment activities and keep processes running smoothly.
• Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, offer documentation and recruitment administration.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, confidently navigating changing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes, improve scheduling workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI, automation and technology to improve the way the team works.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's highly organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys making things happen.

You might already be working in Talent Acquisition or recruitment coordination, or perhaps you've built your experience in executive support, operations or professional services.

We're open to different backgrounds. What's most important is your ability to take ownership, think ahead and deliver in a busy, high-performing environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment coordination, executive assistance, operations or a similar role.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to anticipate challenges and take initiative.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• An interest in technology, AI and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.
