Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Role Description This part-time hybrid Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site work and flexible work-from-home arrangements. The coordinator will support end-to-end hiring activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and maintaining accurate applicant tracking records. Daily responsibilities include assisting with screening applications, organizing interview logistics, preparing offer documents, and ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process. The role also involves providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team, compiling recruitment reports, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess hiring and basic recruitment coordination skills, including experience with interview scheduling, job posting, and applicant tracking systems.
• Candidates should possess clear communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage candidate outreach, draft correspondence, and share updates with the talent acquisition team.
• Candidates should possess reliable administrative assistance skills, including document management, data entry, record keeping, and proficiency with common office software.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in HR or recruitment support, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with labor and hiring practices in the United Arab Emirates.
