Required Skills

• Experience with ATS and recruiting/scheduling platforms
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Data interpretation and reporting proficiency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage high interview volume and multiple requisitions

Nice-to-Have Skills

• AI literacy and application experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments
• Familiarity with onboarding and candidate experience best practices
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Prior experience supporting talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or high-volume hiring
• Proven track record using ATS and reporting tools

Other Requirements

• Primarily onsite with a five-day workweek, Monday through Friday
• Ability to handle high interview and requisition volume efficiently
• Strong organizational skills to maintain data integrity in ATS
• Willingness to support recruiting projects and onboarding initiatives
