Talent Acquisition cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and

onboarding handover.

• Partner with HODs and project managers to understand hiring needs and build accurate job descriptions.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, and talent databases — not just inbound

applications.

• Screen CVs and conduct first-round interviews; shortlist and present quality candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking records; report weekly on hiring progress and time-to fill.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and a smooth, professional candidate

experience.

• Support employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and job portals.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with Malaysian employment regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); construction / property / engineering hiring

experience is a strong plus.

• Confident sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter and JobStreet, and comfortable doing proactive outreach.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to push back constructively with hiring

managers.
