What they need
About the role
Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process specifically for all digital and e-commerce positions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct proactive talent sourcing, screening, candidate profiling, and comprehensive background checks
- Build and maintain a steady weekly pipeline of top-tier candidates to support ongoing business growth
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and candidate requirements
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously optimize candidate experience and hiring efficiency
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in recruitment from Headhunter/Agency, Startup, E-Commerce, or Digital Marketing Platform
- Strong expertise in pro-hiring for E-Commerce and Digital roles
- Proactive Sourcing, Candidate Profiling, Background Checking, Pipeline Management
- English & Indonesian Fluency
- Able to consistently deliver a steady, weekly pipeline of high-quality candidates to meet fast-paced business demands
