Talent Acquisition Executive (Agency)

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual, temporary, and agency-based manpower across manufacturing operations.
• Understand manpower requirements from Plant HR, Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Logistics, and other functions.
• Source candidates through manpower agencies, job portals, employee referrals, local hiring drives, and other channels.
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives, walk-ins, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions in line with approved manpower budgets and timelines.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and critical manufacturing roles.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing, automotive, engineering, FMCG, or industrial environment.
• Strong exposure to agency hiring and contractual manpower recruitment is essential.
• Candidates who have handled plant/industrial locations and high-volume hiring will be preferred.
