Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

• Source and identify quality candidates for both IT and Non-IT roles through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and role fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Boolean search, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify top talent.
• Engage passive candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks across IT and business functions.

Experience Required:

2-4 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
