Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Department: Human Resources (HR) Talent Acquisition
Reports To: Admin/ HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Develop and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and professional platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate technical, managerial, and HR interview schedules.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and recommend suitable applicants.
• Conduct reference and background checks as required.
• Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate compensation within company guidelines.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain excel sheet for records
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1+years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (experience requirement may vary by level).
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint
