Job Summary:

We are looking for an Talent Acquisition to support recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management in a fast-paced political consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
