Talent Acquisition Executive

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Pay: ₹13,107.68 - ₹22,393.39 per month
