Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and client hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and build relevant talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers.
• Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and candidate closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and achieve hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with IT Services or Product-based companies.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
