Talent Acquisition Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent through cold calling, lead generation, and other sourcing methods to fill open positions.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from cold calling to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field.
• Strong understanding of End to End recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation, conversion rates, and candidate placement.
