Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a Recruiter to manage end-to-end volume hiring for front-line sales roles across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, vendors and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, documentation and joining.
• Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-joining conversion.
• Manage daily/weekly recruitment targets and MIS.
• Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment funnel data.
• Coordinate with vendors and business teams for hiring requirements.

Key Skills:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Sales hiring.
• Experience in bulk/volume hiring preferred.
• Strong sourcing, communication and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
