Vedantu is one of Indias leading online learning platforms, committed to transforming education through technology. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team and support hiring across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Fluency in both Tamil and Telugu is mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing preferred).
• Experience in volume hiring, BPO, EdTech, sales, or customer support recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
