Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel preferred.
• Recruitment experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
